Monaco Project

This client hired me because of the challenge they had in this traditional home.

They basically had 2 small rooms, one facing front of house and one facing back of house and neither had enough sitting or could be used as 1 large room.

I accomplished the challenge by making wider opening between both rooms as well as enlarging entrance to front room from foyer, added columns for architectural detail , refaced the fireplace with the stacked rock for a more rustic and casual setting and placed those beautiful swivel chairs so that they can be facing Fireplace during conversation or back around toward TV on game day or movie night.
