DUPLEX HOUSE PROJECT

Previous client and her best friend purchased a 6,000 square foot house sitting on 3 acres of land that they had a vision to split into 2 homes so they could have the best of both worlds.

The idea is they could live close to each other but each would still have their own place while being able to share the cost of home ownership maintenance such as grounds keeping, roofing, siding and all of the things that go along with owning a house but not to mention the ground of a 3 acre property.

So they hired me to go about the business of making their dream and reality!

I was so thrilled to be able to do this project from a professional standpoint as my 2nd passion is in Real Estate and its possibilities.
