We reached out to several companies for quotes, and Decasa came in with the best offer and a designer that seemed legitimately interested in the project. Renata had a lot of great ideas about the new layout. She took our desires and molded them into something even better. Her team did a great job getting all the big fixes done. There were a few issues along the way — some of which I attribute to delays caused by a permit problem, so Decasa deserves a little leeway there. Still, the project ended up a little ...

Renata did an excellent job on our kitchen! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered exactly what I wanted on time and on budget. We really appreciated her design expertise as she transformed our relatively small kitchen into a much more usable space. We'd definitely recommend Decasa Designs and are already looking forward to the next phase of our renovation!

So far, so smooth. Called Decasa Designs after speaking with other firms and Renata was a fresh breeze of possibilities for our 1980’s kitchen. Having never done a renovation she graciously spent time on the phone, then in person explaining the process, which included Renata’s design ideas, lots of measuring, written estimates/proposals that culminated into drawings, and a thorough contract with schedule of draws. We appreciated having all of this laid out as a plan before starting any work. All subcontractors, I think seven to date, have been timely and especially respectful. Renata and her team did an amazing job remodeling our old basement. They took a kitchen and bathroom from the 70s and turned it into a stunning modern in-law suite. They also combined two tiny bedrooms into a perfect-sized master suite. Throughout the project, Renata and her team were responsive, clear, and amazing all around.

Was delighted to find a designer that I felt would listen to me, tell me where I should and not spend my money and create a unique design that would definitely accommodate our family and lifestyle, while ensuring it was aesthetically pleasing to my own style and taste.
